Seriously, the customer service was excellent. Tracy (sales representative) knew her stuff and communicated very well. She was very efficient and put us at ease. She readily gave product information as needed, and when we requested her aesthetic opinion she gracious gave that as well. Carpet installer had an opening the very next day. The two bedroom carpets look great! Best home shopping experience I've ever had. Thanks!
